Security Deposit: $500.00 due upon reservation/contract
(returned within 30 days after rental period)

Cleaning fee: $95.00
Sales Tax: 12% (Florida State Tax)

Security deposit plus one-third (1/3) of the rental fee due with signed contract
to reserve dates. Balance due in full thirty (30) days prior to arrival.

Cancellations of less than sixty (60) days will result in fortieture of all monies
paid to date. Any reservations made less than 60 days in advance must cancel
at least thirty (30) days in advance.

Maximum occupancy: Four (4) persons (including children). No pets allowed.
No smoking permitted inside condo building (the balcony is perfect for that).
